Does India stand a chance with the Hybrid Education System?

The worst hit felt by the pandemic might be the closure of educational institutions. Not just colleges but schools. Since late in 2019, students have not been able to attend school. While the whole country and Indian economy is trying to move along with the Pandemic, schools haven't recovered from the impact. 

 

CBSE Boards Examinations were cancelled and that itself is unprecedented. And with the effect still going on, schools trying to come up with a hybrid learning system, is it faring well in this competitive society?   22% of the schools in India have good internet connection, give or take. What about the rest of the country? The United District Information System for Education Plus (UDISE+) has reported that less than one in five schools have a good running computer with a good internet connection. 

 

All across India, only Kerala, Delhi and Gujarat have an up and running system that can be used in the pandemic situation efficiently. ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ರೋಗವು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಪರಿಣಾಮವೆಂದರೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಮುಚ್ಚುವಿಕೆ. ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು. 2019 ರ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಬರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ರೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯು ಚಲಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ, ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಅದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮದಿಂದ ಚೇತರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ.ಸಿಬಿಎಸ್‌ಇ ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದು ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮವು ಇನ್ನೂ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಹೈಬ್ರಿಡ್ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ತರಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ, ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆಯೇ?ಭಾರತದ 22% ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಉತ್ತಮ ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿವೆ, ನೀಡಿ ಅಥವಾ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ದೇಶದ ಉಳಿದ ಭಾಗಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಏನು? ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಡಿಸ್ಟ್ರಿಕ್ಟ್ ಇನ್ಫರ್ಮೇಷನ್ ಸಿಸ್ಟಮ್ ಫಾರ್ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ಪ್ಲಸ್ (ಯುಡಿಐಎಸ್ಇ +) ಐದು ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಉತ್ತಮ ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಉತ್ತಮ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿವೆ ಎಂದು ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

 ಭಾರತದಾದ್ಯಂತ, ಕೇರಳ, ದೆಹಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಬಹುದಾದ ಅಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ರನ್ನಿಂಗ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿವೆ.
